Congratulating Our 2024 Graduates

Tetra Tech Early Careers Graduates sat together with their certificates.

Our Tetra Tech Graduates got together at our Leeds head office to celebrate completing their 2-year apprentice and graduate schemes.

The hard work and dedication of our 2022-2024 cohort was highlighted in a day that included reminiscing on their respective journeys, presentations, special awards, and excitement about the future.

Graduates and apprentices took the time to present to their cohorts and delve into the key learning points and experiences of their first 2 years participating in the scheme.

2024 special award recognitions

2 special awards were also presented to recognise individuals who showed incredible passion and drive for collaboration.

Mollie Collishaw-Lock, Graduate GIS Consultant, was awarded Graduate of the Scheme in recognition of her contributions to training events. Mollie commented on the Tetra Tech graduate scheme, stating:

“I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing colleagues and make lasting friendships. Regular interactions with my team have been invaluable, and achieving graduate of the scheme marks a fulfilling conclusion to 2 years of hard work. I look forward to what the future holds for me at Tetra Tech”.

Laura Coyle, Quantity Surveyor, was awarded Apprentice of the Scheme, achieving a first-class honours degree and gaining invaluable experience and confidence in the process.

Laura commented on her progress and growth, stating:

“I’ve enjoyed meeting apprentices from different disciplines within the business who are also balancing studies and work. Completing this scheme has given me the opportunity to attend various events which have provided knowledge, training and skills which may not have been available to me otherwise. I look forward to continuing my career as a Quantity Surveyor at Tetra Tech.”

Laura and Mollie both received £100 gift vouchers to go with their awards.

Gilly Brown, Learning and Development Business Partner, reflected on the achievements of the cohorts, stating:

“I’m immensely proud of the achievements of this apprenticeship and graduate cohort. From the day I first met them in the assessment process, right the way through to completing the early careers scheme, I’ve seen them grow in confidence, build professional networks, and form lasting friendships they can take forward into their careers. Well done cohort 2022-2024!”

The new cohort of apprentices and graduates for 2024-2026 begins 16 October.
